With monthly maintenance our clients also have access to our IT technicians and IT engineers for additional projects at reduced rates. A maintenance agreement includes but is not limited to:

Weekly preventive maintenance
Software installation and upgrades
Trouble-shooting problems
Coordinating with vendors
